Jaguar’s Report

Description:

Jaguar’s are the third biggest cat in the world ( the lion and tiger are the two biggest cat in the world). And Panthera onca is the scientific name of the Jaguar. And Jaguar’s are part yellow and sometimes orange and also other Jaguar’s are black sometimes too.

Diet:

Jaguar’s eat like deers,pigs,capybara,foxes,fish,frogs and even jaguar’s eat large anaconda snakes.

Height and Mass

The jaguar’s mass is between 56 to 96 kilograms ( Adult ).

And the size is up to from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail, a jaguar can be 240cm long. And the height of jaguars is 63 to 76 ( Adult, at Shoulder ).

Habitat:

Jaguar’s are found only in America and their habitat is in rainforests and they can be also found across other forested areas and also in open plains too.

Other facts:

Jaguar’s can live in the wild for 11-15 years, in something they can live over 20 years.

Male jaguar’s are larger than female ones because they are very smaller than the male ones because males might be always bigger than the females and the third biggest cat in America too.

Olympic Narrative I think this is the best work one this year.

Olympic Narrative

On the Olympics I was versing a boy named John and he was the fastest kid in his school that he went to and we the same age. When we were going to start the race I had to do my shoelaces and have a drink of water before we started the race.

Then we started the race and John was coming first but then I was coming first because I was running my best and because I was running as fast as I could go. And when we were almost went to the middle of the race I tripped over a rock and I fell on the ground and John said”Oh no she tripped over a rock and she fell on the ground,”.

After that I was still on the ground and John kept on going to the finish line then he thought how it would be if I was sad that I tripped over a rock and I lost by it so that was when John came back and helped me up from the ground we both ran the whole way to the to the finish.And we went to the finish line and we both got a trophy each by touching the line at the same time and we both got what we wanted a trophy.

Buddy Trip

Yesterday me and my class room 56 had to teach the Little Oaks to do the cross country course by themselves and to get use to it. My buddy was Violet and she was as good as a role model. And we went to the Memorial park for the cross country course.

First we had to get our buddies and get our bags but I didn’t have my bag because it was in the washing machine.When everyone was outside we went to walk to the Memorial park with the Little Oaks. So when they grow up they can show their little buddies. Violet was dragging me around the grass like a baseball bat that my sore leg started to really ache.

Then we started to walk to the Memorial park and me and Violet were in the front of the line because we were first to get picked.  When we were walking through town we  went past my mum’s work. I saw my aunt's boyfriend Kale  he was with his work mate.

When we got to Memorial park and we went inside the clubrooms we all put our bags away but the Little Oaks bags were already there because Whaea Hine took them with her in her car there were  of bags. Then we went to get something to eat for morning tea, I only had a Nutra grain bar in my pocket. When everyone was finished their snacks we all started running around in the hall being noisy.  Then we all went outside for the cross country course I took Violet with me.She was awesome but she got stuck in some mud on the way through the muddy water. I almost fell into the muddy water but I just made it up in time to not get wet and muddy. Everyone was getting stuck in the mud and falling  in it too.But as we went along the the mud got deeper and muddier both Violet and I ended up getting really stuck. When we  got out of the sticky mud we had to climb under a wire that was in the way of us getting to where Aunty Letitia was when we got passed the wire we started to walk down to her.When we reached Aunty Letitia we then turned around and made our way back to where Matua Simon was. Matua asked if anyone wanted to go around again Me and Violet went around the course again.  When we were finished aunty Letitia  told me that I shouldn’t of gone around again because it might make my leg hurt more at night time.

When we had finished we all went back to hall and we  all wash our feet and we got to have a hot milo after our mud walk. When everyone's feet were clean and  finished their milos we all went back inside the hall to have lunch. Aunty Letitia gave me some of her chicken and lettuce sandwich because I forgot my lunch I was really hungry too.There were some things  in the sandwich that I didn’t like. After everyone was done with  their food we were allowed to run around the room for three minutes. Matua Simon then blew the whistle and everyone stopped what they were doing. Just before we were going back to school aunty Letitia told me to go back to school  with Whaea Hine because my leg started to really hurt from the whole day.

When everyone was still walking back to I was  already at school waiting for them.  I had to help  Whaea Hine get all  the Little Oaks   bags out of the her car. While I was waiting for  the rest of the students to get back to school I went and  put my dirty shoes away near the classroom.  When everyone got back to school they  all  looked happy to finally be back at school.We all went in to room 56 to have karakia before the bell went.

 I enjoyed going with the Little Oaks to the Memorial park to do the cross country course.a
